Most patients need their wisdom teeth evaluated by their late teens or early twenties. We assess with digital imaging and remove them before they crowd or damage neighboring teeth.

Dr. Brar walks you through every step before any work begins. You will know what the procedure involves, what it costs, and what your insurance covers before you commit to anything.

The Process

What to expect

01

Panoramic X-ray

A full-mouth X-ray shows us the exact position, angulation, and root development of each wisdom tooth - critical for planning a safe removal.

02

Sedation selection

We review nitrous oxide and oral sedation options so you can choose the comfort level that works for you.

03

Removal

With local anesthetic and sedation in place, the teeth are removed - most four-tooth cases take under 90 minutes.

04

Recovery kit & instructions

You leave with gauze, written aftercare instructions, and a number to call if anything feels off. We check in by phone the next day.

Common Questions

Frequently asked

No. If a wisdom tooth is fully erupted, properly aligned, and can be cleaned effectively, it may not need removal. X-rays tell us - not assumptions.
